After Effects CS5 - CS6, crash blue screen when render Tutorial

I'am using Win7 64, 16GB Ram, 6 Core, Cuda Grafic Card

In my experiance, sometimes or in some projects with After Effects, when I have blue screen during rending...
This works for me !

1. Perhaps your audio stettings in the render-settings are wrong or something else.
I have try to render the audio (as an wav file) and the video as an separately file, and it works !
Put the files in Premiere or Final Cut and have good day.

2. You have to much precompositions in another many compositions... try to move the precomps in the main comp ...

3. Clear cache and memory in the preference and Ctrl+Alt+/ before render

4. Defrag your drives and check all drives

5. Actived your cuda graphic card in the Preference-General.
I' you don't have an cuda card Adobes list, write your card (e.c. GeForce GTX 550 Ti) in the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS6\SupportFiles\ file as an admistrator: raytracer_supported_cards.txt

6. clean your Registry and old stuff in your Windows-System with tools like ccleaner
